一种立式水轮发电机组分块式导瓦电动研磨装置

摘要 水轮发电机组运行时导轴瓦与轴颈间存在楔形间隙,能形成动油膜润滑,减少主轴颈磨损,保持稳定瓦温运行,对导轴瓦的研磨刮削至关重要。设计一种立式水轮发电机组分块式导轴瓦电动研磨装置在绿水河发电厂的运用,在机组检修时,用于替代传统的人工磨瓦方法,以提高工作效率,缩短机组检修工期。 Wedge clearance exists between guide bearing shell and journal during operation of hydro-generator unit,which can form dynamic oil film lubrication.It can reduce the wear of the main journal and keep the temperature of the guide bearing stable.It is very important for the grinding and scraping of the guide bearing.This paper designs an electric grinding device for block-type guide bearing shells of vertical hydro-generator to be used in Lvshuihe Power Plant.In unit overhaul,it replaces traditional manual grinding method to improve work efficiency and shorten unit overhaul period.
