二次电流回路作业安全技术措施执行分析

Analysis on Implementation of Safety Technical Measures for Secondary Current Circuit Operation

近年来,电力系统中因安全技术措施执行不当,导致相关设备误跳闸事件频频发生。在保护定检、试验、技改、缺陷处理等工作时需要对二次回路做安全措施,由于作业人员对系统设备不熟、缺乏经验或是操作不规范等,可能导致安全措施执行不到位发生事故。针对继电保护电流回路上的工作,分析总结了通用安全技术措施的实施方法,探讨运行电流回路相关的运行风险和控制措施,以及规范运维继电保护二次回路,防止类似事故的发生。

In recent years,due to improper implementation of safety technical measures in power system,mistripping events of related equipment frequently occur.Safety measures should be taken for secondary circuit during protection inspection,test,technical improvement,defect treatment,etc.Accidents may occur when safety measures are not implemented properly because operators are not familiar with system equipment,lack of experience or operate irregularly.In view of the work on current circuit of relay protection,this paper analyses and summarizes the implementation methods of general safety technical measures,and discusses the operational risks and control measures related to current circuit of operation.The secondary circuit of operation and maintenance relay protection is standardized to prevent similar accidents.
