摘要
因高压熔断器异常引起的电压互感器二次测量电压异常,在行业内部时有发生,威胁着各设备系统安全稳定运行,结合梨园电厂18kV电压互感器高压熔断器熔断分析处理实践,从高压熔断器熔断外部、内部原因分析,熔断器“慢熔”对励磁系统、发电机保护系统、机组测量、计量、监控系统的影响等方面入手,提出了高压熔断器熔断及“慢熔”的应对策略。
Secondary measurement voltage anomaly of voltage transformer caused by abnormal high voltage fuse occurs from time to time in the industry,threatening the safe and stable operation of all equipment systems.This paper analyses the fusing problem of 18 kV voltage transformer high voltage fuse in Liyuan Power Plant.Based on the analysis of external and internal causes of high-voltage fuse fusing,the corresponding strategies of highvoltage fuse fusing and slow fusing are put forward in the aspects of influence of fuse slow fusing on excitation system,generator protection system,unit measurement,metering and monitoring system.
