摘要
云南华电镇雄发电有限公司以2号机轴封加热器汽侧满水造成轴加风机及电机进水事件为案例,通过排查对比,发现轴封加热器疏、放水管路现场实际布置方式与设计图纸存在差异,同时分析了轴封加热器汽侧满水造成轴加风机及电机进水的原因。采取相应的处理措施后,解决了轴封加热器满水造成轴加风机及电机进水的问题,提高轴封加热器的可靠性,为机组的长周期运行提供了保障。
This paper takes the water inflow event of shaft blower and motor caused by steam side full water of shaft seal heater of Unit 2 as an example.Through investigation and comparison,it is found that there are differences between the actual layout of shaft seal heater and the design drawing in the field.At the same time,the reason that water filling on steam side of shaft seal heater causes water inflow of shaft blower and motor is analyzed.After taking corresponding treatment measures,the problem of water inflow to shaft blower and motor caused by full water of shaft seal heater is solved,and the reliability of shaft seal heater is improved,which provides guarantee for long-term operation of unit.
