以礼河一级电站厂用电备自投不动作原因分析及处理

摘要 一级电站400V厂用电系统自投运以来,出现过多次备自投不动作的现象,导致厂用电Ⅰ段或Ⅱ段失压,严重影响厂用电运行的可靠性。通过对母联断路器3ZKK合闸回路是否完好,1ZKK断路器(厂用Ⅰ段断路器)、2ZKK断路器(厂用Ⅱ段断路器)欠压脱扣功能是否正常,1ZKK断路器、2ZKK断路器、3ZKK断路器联动关系是否正确等方面分析查找备自投不动作的原因,并加以处理,达到备自投正确可靠动作的目的。 Since the 400V service power system of the first-stage power plant was put into operation, there have been many times of inactivity of standby self-switching, which results in voltage loss of section Ⅰ or Ⅱ of service power and seriously affects the reliability of service power operation. This paper analyses whether the closing circuit of bus-connected circuit breaker 3ZKK is in good condition, whether the undervoltage trip function of 1ZKK circuit breaker(plant section Ⅰ circuit breaker), 2ZKK circuit breaker(plant section Ⅱ circuit breaker) is normal, whether the linkage relationship of 1ZKK circuit breaker, 2ZKK circuit breaker and 3ZKK circuit breaker is correct. By finding out the causes of inactivity of backup automatic switch and dealing with them, the purpose of correct and reliable action of backup automatic throwing is achieved.
