摘要
通过对大型水电站水库大体量漂浮物环保处置方式的探索、实践和优化改进,总结出一套漂浮物分类再生利用处置的模式。该模式提供了一条绿色环保、高效经济、可持续发展的漂浮物处置路径和多种方案的实践参考,能够产生极高的经济、社会和安全效益,是电站落实生态环境保护的有力举措,同时还可在助力乡村振兴和促进地方经济发展方面持续发力。
This paper explores the environmental protection disposal mode of large floating matter in large-scale hydropower station reservoir,and summarizes a set of disposal mode of classification,regeneration and utilization of floating matter.This model provides a green environmental protection,efficient and economic,sustainable development path for the disposal of floating debris and practical reference for various schemes.It can produce very high economic,social and safety benefits.It is a powerful measure to protect the ecological environment of the power plant.At the same time,it can continue to develop in the aspects of boosting rural revitalization and promoting local economic development.
