锆基非晶合金焊接与晶化控制研究现状

摘要 锆基非晶合金凭借着高强度和耐腐蚀等优异性能成为材料科学与工程领域的研究热点,并在航空航天、电力电气等领域实现应用。然而,块体锆基非晶合金制备尺寸有限且焊接过程中易发生晶化,难以实现大尺寸非晶材料的生产应用。因此,在分析锆基非晶合金焊接性的基础上,综述了锆基非晶合金焊接的研究现状以及晶化控制研究进展,最后针对锆基非晶合金焊接存在的问题对未来的研究方向进行了展望。 Zr-based amorphous alloy,possessing high strength and excellent corrosion resistance,has attracted much eyesight of researchers in the field of materials science and engineering,and has been utilized in aerospace and electrical industries.However,it is difficult to fabricate bulk Zr-based amorphous alloy with large dimensions.Simultaneously,the crystallization behavior of Zr-based amorphous alloy in the welding process further restricts the fabrication large-size amorphous material.Based on the analysis of the weldability of Zr-based amorphous alloy,the welding methods of Zr-based amorphous alloy are overviewed,and the research progress of crystallization control is introduced.Finally,according to the problems existing in the welding of Zr-based amorphous alloy,the future research direction is prospected.
