海南省海洋教育的现状及存在的问题

Present Situation and Deficiency of Marine Education in Hainan Province

海南省各级学校根据实际情况采取了不同的措施开展海洋教育,并取得了一定的成效。但在实施过程中仍然存在以下问题,如:缺少相关政策和经费的支持,管理和监督不到位,海洋教育缺乏系统性和连贯性,各级学校之间及其与涉海机构之间的联系不多,海洋教育资源平台缺失等。

According to the actual situation,schools at all levels in Hainan Province have adopted different measures to carry out marine education and achieved certain results.However,there are still the following problems in the implementation process:lack of relevant policies and funding support;poor management and supervision;deficiency in systematicness and coherence of marine education;few links between schools at all levels and between schools and sea-related institutions;lack of marine education resource platform,etc.
