地理国情监测DOM快速检测解决方案研究

Research on Quick Detection for Geographical Conditions Monitoring Digital Orthophoto Map

通过制定检测点采集、成果整理、成果入库等标准,对现存的湖北省地理国情普查和监测成果验收过程中积累的检测点资源进行整理、入库,解决现存检测点资源平台不统一、标准不统一、重复利用难等问题。建设地理国情监测DOM检测点管理系统,并结合基础测绘、测绘成果“双随机一公开”监督检查、测绘成果委托验收等工作,对检测点数据库实行重点区域、重点类型定期更新并快速提供成果,从而实现全省地理国情监测DOM的快速检测。

In this paper, the resources of checkpoints for the first national Geographical Conditions Survey and Monitoringof Hubei Province could be collected and sorted out by uniform platform and uniform standards,then update the database of the checkpoints by the acceptance of Geographical Conditions Monitoring,basic surveying and mapping, quality supervision and inspection of surveying and mapping results and so on,leading to high efficiency of the detection for Digital Orthophoto Map ofGeographical Conditions Monitoring.
