Analysis on the Five-year Basic Surveying and Mapping Plan Workflow for Cities and Counties

基础测绘规划对市县经济、社会、环境的可持续发展具有重要意义。基础测绘五年规划是地方今后五年基础测绘工作执行的依据,无论规划内容还是编制流程都需要严格按照相应的程序执行。因此,基于湖北省多个市县基础测绘“十四五”规划编制经验,总结出一套详实的规范流程,对每个环节和重要节点内容进行详细解读,明确各项工作的流程,为市县基础测绘下一个五年规划理清思路、工作开展提供参考。

Basic surveying and mapping planning is of great significance to the sustainable development of city and county economy, society and environment. The five-year basic surveying and mapping plan is the basis of local basic surveying and mapping work implementation in the next five years. Both the planning content and preparation process need to be implemented strictly according the corresponding procedures. Based on the 14th five-year basic surveying and mapping plan preparation experience in many cities and counties of Hubei Province, this paper summarized a set of detailed standardized processes, interpret the contents of each link and important nodes in detail, and defined the process of each work,which provides reference for clarifying ideas and work development of the next basic surveying and mapping five-year plan in cities and counties.
