1+X证书制度背景下人才培养方案探究——以汽车运用与维修专业为例

Exploration on Talents Training Program Under the Background of 1 + X Certificate System

2019年我国职业院校启动“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点,即1+X证书制度试点工作。1+X证书制度背景下,通过重构课程体系、优化教学内容、统筹教学组织与实施、深化教学方式方法制订汽车运用与维修专业人才培养方案,能够提高学生职业技能水平及就业能力。

In 2019, China’s vocational colleges launched the pilot project of "academic certificate + several vocational skill level certificates", that is, the pilot work of 1 + X certificate system. Under the background of 1 + X certificate system, it is possible to improve students’ vocational skills and employment ability by reconstructing the curriculum system, optimizing the teaching content, coordinating the teaching organization and implementation, and deepening the teaching methods to formulate a talents training plan of automobile application and maintenance major.
