Research on the Ability of Discipline Inspection Committee Members of Grass-roots Party Organizations in Higher Vocational Colleges to Perform Their Duties

高职院校基层党组织纪检委员是教育教学最前沿的廉政监督员,在明确其履职能力提升的重要意义的基础上,针对当前高职院校基层党组织纪检委员履职定位不准和履职能力不足等问题,提出了破除兼职化,注重选任和培养;明晰权责,注重职责定位;强化内功,注重政治能力提升;创造条件,注重制度保障;增强本领,注重业务培训;奖惩并重,注重机制建设等对策。

The discipline inspection committee members of grass-roots Party organizations in higher vocational colleges are the front-line supervisors against corruption in education and teaching. On the basis of clarifying the important significance of improving their ability to perform their duties, and in view of the current problems of inaccurate positioning and insufficient ability to perform duties of discipline inspection committee members of grassroots Party organizations in higher vocational colleges, this paper proposes to get rid of the part-time work and focus on selection and training, clarify powers and responsibilities and pay attention to the positioning of responsibilities, strengthen internal abilities and focus on the improvement of political ability, create conditions and pay attention to system guarantee, enhance skills and pay attention to professional training, pay equal attention to rewards and punishments, focus on mechanism construction and other countermeasures.
