Chinese excellent traditional culture is the "root" and "soul" of the Chinese nation. Integrating it into the construction of corporate culture will not only provide Chinese wisdom for the construction of corporate culture, but also help to enhance cultural self-confidence and promote the construction of a socialist cultural power.This paper explores the path of integrating Chinese excellent traditional culture into corporate culture from the aspects of establishing people-oriented concept, cultivating the enterprise spirit of loving and dedicated work,creating harmonious interpersonal relations and improving the cohesion of enterprises.
