药剂科合理用药管理对抗菌药物临床使用的影响

Effect of Rational Drug Use Management in Pharmacy Department on Clinical Use of Antibacterial Drugs

目的:探讨药剂科合理用药管理对抗菌药物临床使用的影响。方法:选择2019年1月—2020年1月该院使用抗菌药物治疗的60例患者,根据用药管理方式不同分为对照组和研究组,各30例。对照组采用常规用药管理,研究组采用药剂科合理用药管理,比较两组抗菌药物用药合理率、住院时间、住院花费、用药花费、不合理用药情况、抗菌药物联用情况。结果:研究组用药合理率为96.67%,高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05);研究组住院时间、住院花费、用药花费少于对照组(P<0.05);研究组剂量、时机、给药方法、用药种类、联合用药不合理率低于对照组(P>0.05);研究组使用单一抗菌药物占比高于对照组,二联使用占比低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:药剂科合理用药管理可以提高用药合理率,减轻患者经济负担,且可以减少药物的联合应用情况。

Objective: To explore the effect of rational drug use management in pharmacy department on the clinical use of antibiotics. Methods: A total of 60 patients treated with antibiotics in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2020 were selected and divided into control group and study group according to different medication management methods, with 30cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine medication management, and the study group was treated with rational drug use management in the pharmacy department. The rational rate of antibacterial drugs, hospitalization time,hospitalization expenses, medication expenses, irrational drug use and antibacterial drug combination were compared between the two groups. Results: The rational rate of medication in the study group was 96.67%, 66.67% in the control group, the rational rate of drug use in the study group was higher(P < 0.05). The hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses and medication expenses of the study group comparison with those of the control group were less(P < 0.05). The unreasonable rate of dose, timing, method of administration, type of medication and combined medication in the study group comparison with those in the control group were lower, with no statistical difference(P>0.05). The proportion of single antibiotics in the study group comparison with that in the control group was higher, the proportion of double use was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Rational drug use management in the pharmacy department can improve the rational rate of drug use, reduce the economic burden of patients, and reduce the combined application of drugs.
