慢性心衰患者血浆脑钠肽检测的临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of Plasma Brain Natriuretic Peptide Detection in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的:探讨慢性心衰患者采用血浆脑钠肽检测的临床价值。方法:选择2019年3月—2020年9月在该院接受治疗的60例慢性心衰患者作为研究组,同时选择同期60例健康体检者作为对照组,分析检测结果。结果:研究组NT-proBNP水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组心功能Ⅱ级、Ⅲ级、Ⅳ级的NT-proBNP水平高于心功能Ⅰ级,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关性分析显示,慢性心衰患者血浆BNP水平与心功能分级呈正相关(r=0.738,P<0.05)。结论:血浆脑钠肽水平与心功能分级密切相关,可以用于心功能状态的判断。

Objective: To explore the clinical value of plasma brain natriuretic peptide detection in patients with chronic heart failure. Methods: A total of 60 patients with chronic heart failure who were treated in this hospital from March 2019to September 2020 were selected as the study group. At the same time, 60 healthy subjects were selected as the control group during the same period, the detection results were analyzed. Results: The level of NT-probNP in study group was higher than that in control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The level of NT-probNP in the observation group of cardiac function grade Ⅱ, Ⅲ and Ⅳ was higher than that of cardiac function grade Ⅰ, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that plasma BNP level was positively correlated with cardiac function grading in patients with chronic heart failure(r=0.738, P<0.05). Conclusion: Plasma brain natriuretic peptide level has a positive correlation with cardiac function, which can be used to judge the state of cardiac function.
