丹参注射液与玻璃酸钠注射液对踝关节骨创伤患者足踝功能及骨密度的影响 被引量:3

Effects of Danshen Injection and Sodium Hyaluronate Injection on Ankle Function and Bone Mineral Density in Patients with Anklebone Trauma

摘要 目的:分析丹参注射液与玻璃酸钠注射液对踝关节骨创伤患者足踝功能及骨密度的影响。方法:选取2018年2月—2021年1月本院收治的踝关节骨创伤患者78例作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将患者分为丹参组与玻璃酸钠组,各39例。玻璃酸钠组给予玻璃酸钠注射液治疗,丹参组给予丹参注射液治疗,比较两组治疗疗效、实验室指标[血小板衍生生长因子(PDGF)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)]、骨密度及踝关节功能。结果:丹参组治疗总有效率为100.0%,高于玻璃酸钠组的84.6%(P<0.05);丹参组血清PDGF、VEGF含量、踝关节骨密度高于玻璃酸钠组(P <0.05);丹参组踝关节功能优良率为97.4%,高于玻璃酸钠组的76.9%(P<0.05)。结论:相较于玻璃酸钠注射液,丹参注射液不仅可改善踝关节骨创伤患者的足踝功能,提高治疗效果,还可促进血清PDGF与VEGF的释放,提高踝关节的骨密度。 Objective: To analyze the effects of Danshen injection and sodium hyaluronate injection on ankle function and bone mineral density in patients with anklebone trauma. Methods: A total of 78 patients with anklebone trauma admitted to our hospital from February 2018 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, the patients were divided into the Danshen group and the sodium hyaluronate group, with 39 cases in each group. The sodium hyaluronate group was treated with sodium hyaluronate injection, and the salvia miltiorrhiza group was treated with salvia miltiorrhiza injection. The therapeutic effect, laboratory indexes [platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF) ], bone mineral density and ankle function were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of Danshen group was 100.0%, which was higher than 84.6% of sodium hyaluronate group(P < 0.05). The serum PDGF, VEGF content and ankle bone mineral density in the Danshen group were higher than those in the sodium hyaluronate group(P < 0.05). The excellent and good rate of ankle joint function in the Danshen group was 97.4%, which was higher than 76.9% in the sodium hyaluronate group(P < 0.05). Conclusion: Compared with sodium hyaluronate injection, Danshen injection can improve the ankle function of patients with ankle bone trauma, improve the therapeutic effect, promote the release of serum PDGF and VEGF, and improve the bone mineral density of ankle joint.
