基于回转液压缸压力的截割岩石硬度识别 被引量:1

摘要 岩石硬度的在线识别是实时调整截割头转速和摆速的前提。为了有效地识别不同截割工况下巷道围岩硬度,提出了一种基于回转液压缸压力信号的岩石硬度识别方法。通过分析水平截割工况不同岩石硬度下截割头载荷的变化规律,以及截割动载荷与回转液压缸压力之间的传递特性,建立了回转液压缸压力与岩石硬度普氏系数之间的函数模型,用于识别岩石硬度。试验显示截割岩石硬度的平均识别准确率为 92.01%,表明该模型能有效识别截割岩石硬度。本研究可用于岩石硬度的在线识别,为掘进机的自动控制提供可靠的依据。 The online identification of rock hardness is the premise to adjust the rotation velocity and the swing velocity of the cutting head in real time.To effectively identify the hardness of rock around roadway in various cutting modes,a kind of rock hardness identification method was proposed based on the pressure signal of the rotary hydraulic cylinder.After analyzing the variation laws of the load on the cutting head and the transmission characteristics between the dynamic cutting load and the pressure of the rotary hydraulic cylinder in horizontal cutting mode at various rock hardness,the paper established the functional model between the pressure of the rotary hydraulic cylinder and Protodyakonov coefficient of rock hardness to identify the rock hardness.Test showed the average identification accuracy of the hardness of cut rock was 92.01%,which indicated the model was able to identify the hardness of cut rock effectively.The research could be used for online identification of rock hardness and provide reliable basis for automatic control of the roadheader.
