永磁滚筒驱动带式输送机驱动架强度分析 被引量:1

Strength analysis on driving frame of belt conveyor driven by permanent magnet drum

摘要 永磁滚筒驱动带式输送机改变了传统的驱动方式,驱动架需要重新设计。借助有限元分析方法,对驱动架进行强度校核:先计算了驱动滚筒处输送带的张力,然后建立驱动架的三维模型,按照驱动架受到的真实载荷进行加载,对其进行有限元分析。分析结果认为,驱动架的强度满足要求,仿真结果能够为驱动架优化改进提供一些参考。 The belt conveyor driven by the permanent magnet drum has changed traditional driving mode,its driving frame needs to be redesigned.By means of the finite element analysis method,the driving frame was checked in strength.Firstly,the tension on the belt at the driving drum was calculated,and the 3D model of the driving frame was established.After that,the driving frame was loaded with real load,and the finite element analysis was carried out on it.The analysis results showed the strength of the driving frame satisfied the requirement.The simulation results could offer some reference for the optimization of the driving frame.
