摘要
磨机筒体通常采用焊接式筒体支撑,当磨机筒体和端盖在现场装配完毕后,需要在有限的磨机筒体内使用火焰切割焊接式筒体支撑,从而带来施工安全隐患。参照国际规范设计了一种新型可拆卸支撑,该新型可拆卸支撑具有方便拆卸、无需火焰切割的特点,并基于理论计算和有限单元法对其进行了强度和刚度校核分析,强度和刚度满足要求,避免了动火切割带来的安全隐患。
The welded support is usually applied to the mill shell.After on-site assembly of the mill shell and the end cover being finished,the flame cutting welded shell support needs to apply to the limited space of the mill shell,which leads to hidden danger for construction.According to the international specification,a new-type detachable support was designed,which was of convenient assembly and disassembly and needless of flame cutting.Based on the theoretical calculation and the finite element method,the strength and the stiffness of the support were checked and analyzed,both the strength and the stiffness met the requirements.The shell support avoided the hidden danger due to flame cutting.
