摘要 在环保日趋严格的背景下,管状带式输送机将逐步代替传统的带式输送机。针对管状带式输送机偏移与扭转问题,提出改进方案;开发一种管状带式输送机偏移报警与自动控制系统,及时发现管状带式输送带的偏移和扭曲并进行自动调整,可提高输送带使用寿命,确保管状带式输送机稳定运行。 In the context of increasingly strict environmental protection,it will become an inevitable trend for tubular belt conveyor to gradually replace traditional belt conveyor.In view of the problem of deviation and torsion of tubular belt conveyor,an improvement plan is proposed.A tubular belt conveyor deviation alarm and automatic control system is developed,which can detect the deviation and torsion of the tubular belt in time and automatically adjust it,improve the service life of conveyor belt and ensure the stable operation of tubular belt conveyor.
