一种基于视觉识别技术的轮胎式龙门起重机自动纠偏和防撞系统

摘要 轮胎式龙门起重机机械设备体积大、驾驶室高、码头环境复杂,其在堆场作业区行驶过程中存在视觉盲区,导致行驶中易发生偏离,甚至碰撞到现场集卡、反光锥、作业人员。通过增加PLC中的防撞和纠偏程序,设计一种视觉自动纠偏和防撞系统。经测试,该系统可以实现轮胎式龙门起重机自动纠偏和防撞,对于提高作业效率,减少安全事故具有应用价值。 Rubber-tyred gantry crane is characterized by large mechanical equipment,high cab height,and complex terminal environment.There are visual blind spots during driving in the yard operation area.This may lead to easy deviation during driving,and even collides with on-site trucks,reflective cones,operators and other accidents.By adding the crash proof and rectify deviation program in PLC,a visual automatic rectify deviation and crash proof system is designed.After testing,the automatic rectify deviation and crash proof of rubber-tyred gantry crane can be realized by the system.This has application value for improving operation efficiency and reducing safety accidents.
