介绍了目前螺旋卸船机的设计、研发状况,阐述了螺旋卸船机回转电缆敷设各种不同的工艺设计方案。在比较分析基础上,对工艺设计方案进行优化,从安装定位、垂悬电缆长度计算、电缆支架设计、电缆选型、电缆敷设施工规范等方面阐述优化后的电缆敷设工艺。

This paper introduces the current design and development status of screw ship unloader,and expounds various technological design schemes for the laying of rotation cable of screw ship unloader.On the basis of comparison and analysis,the process design scheme is optimized.The optimized cable laying process is described from the aspects of installation positioning,calculation of the length of the hanging cable,cable support design,cable selection,and cable laying engineering specifications.
