海工平台应急关断系统设计与分析

摘要 为减小作业过程中可能产生的火灾、可燃气体泄漏等事故对海工平台和作业人员造成的损害,根据相关规范要求,对某型3级动力定位(Class 3 Dynamic Positioning,DP3)钻井船应急关断系统的特点及设计步骤进行详细阐述,并对应急关断系统的设计理念和方法进行总结和归纳。研究成果可为海工平台应急关断系统的设计提供一定参考。 In order to reduce the damage to offshore platforms and operators caused by possible accidents such as fire and combustible gas leakage during operation,according to the requirements of relevant specifications,the characteristics and design steps of the emergency shutdown system of a class 3 dynamic positioning(DP3)drilling ship are described in detail,and the design concepts and methods of the emergency shutdown system are summarized.The research results can provide some references for the design of the emergency shutdown system of the offshore platform.
