健脾宁心助眠精膏贴枕治疗心脾两虚型失眠的临床干预疗效

Clinical Intervention Therapeutic Effect of Spleen Invigorating Heart Calming Sleeping Assisting Essence Cream in Occipital Treatment of Insomnia with Heart and Spleen Deficiencies

目的:通过将传统名方归脾汤与现代技术结合,制备健脾宁心助眠精膏贴枕,观察其对心脾两虚型失眠患者的临床干预疗效。方法:选取44例心脾两虚型失眠患者为研究对象,设计应用健脾宁心助眠精膏贴枕治疗前后自身对照试验;患者每晚睡眠时应用精膏贴枕,连续干预30 d;采用匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表及阿森斯失眠量表评估患者干预前后睡眠质量改善程度、夜间睡眠情况及日间功能改善情况。结果:应用健脾宁心助眠精膏贴枕治疗后,患者中位阿森斯失眠量表评分由10.0分(8.0,13.5)降低至5.0分(1.0,7.0),干预前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);干预后,患者匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表评分总分降低,患者睡眠质量、入睡时间、睡眠时间、睡眠障碍、催眠药物、日间功能障碍较干预前均改善(P<0.01,P<0.05)。结论:健脾宁心助眠精膏贴枕治疗心脾两虚型失眠患者的疗效确切。

Objective:Through the traditional recipe spleen decoction combined with modern technology,to prepare spleen invigorating heart calming sleeping assisting essence cream in occipital treatment,so as to observe its clinical intervention therapeutic effect in patients with insomnia of heart and spleen deficiencies.Methods:A total of 44 cases of patients with insomnia of heart and spleen deficiencies were selected as the research objects,with designed application of spleen invigorating heart calming sleeping assisting essence cream in occipital treatment for self controlled trials before and after the treatment.Application of essence cream for occipital treatment in patients during sleep at night,30 d continuous intervention.Using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index scale and Athens insomnia scale for evaluation on level of patients before and after the intervention in improvement of sleep quality,sleep at night and daytime function.Results:Application of essence cream for occipital treatment,the Athens insomnia scale scores dropped from 10.0(8.0,13.5)to 5.0(1.0,7.0),in comparison before and after the intervention there was statistically significant difference(P<0.01).The Pittsburgh sleep quality index rating scale total scores dropped,the sleep quality,falling sleep time,sleep time,sleep disorder,hypnotic drugs,daytime dysfunction were improved(P<0.01,P<0.05).Conclusion:Spleen invigorating heart calming sleeping assisting essence cream in occipital treatment has exact therapeutic effect in patients with insomnia of heart and spleen deficiencies.
