循证护理对白血病化疗患者的影响

Effect of Evidence-based Nursing on Leukemia Patients with Chemotherapy

目的:探讨循证护理对白血病化疗患者的影响。方法:将2019年1月1日~2021年5月31日收治的100例白血病化疗患者随机分为对照组和研究组各50例,对照组采用常规护理,研究组采用循证护理;比较两组护理效果。结果:研究组感染总发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);干预后,研究组体温、白细胞计数、C反应蛋白、CD3+指标优于对照组(P<0.01);干预后,研究组生活质量综合评定问卷各维度评分高于对照组(P<0.01);研究组护理满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在白血病患者化疗期间实施循证护理,可降低感染发生风险,提高患者生活质量和护理满意度。

Objective:To explore the effect of evidence-based nursing on leukemia patients with chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 100 cases of leukemia patients with chemotherapy admitted during January 1,2019 to May 31,2021 were randomly divided into the control group and the study group each with 50 cases,the control group used conventional care,the studt group used the evidence-based nursing.Comparoson was made netween the two groups on nursing effect.Results:The total incidence of infection in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the temperature,white blood cell count,creactive protein,CD3+indexes were better on the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01).After the intervention,the life quality comprehensive evaluation questionnaire of dimensional scores were higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.01).The nursing satisfaction was higher in the study group than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Implementation of evidence-based nursing in patients with leukemia chemotherapy can reduces the risk of infection,improve their quality of life and nursing satisfaction.
