家庭德育共同体及其超越:孟子“易子而教”思想的当代诠释

摘要 家庭共同体在德育方面具有社会共同体和学校共同体所不可媲美的更强的实践性和情境性优势,但也具有德育目标模糊性、德育知识碎片性、德育权威匮乏性以及由于更强的主体交互性、作用对等特性而带来的对教育者的“反夷”压力和共同体感情疏离风险。父母作为家庭德育共同体责任人,要善于挖掘、筛选、整合、利用一切学校、社交网络、同辈群体、书籍影视等各种社会德育资源或公共德育产品,让家庭成为“超家庭德育共同体”的中心,成为更广泛家庭德育共同体网络的一个自治、能动的关键节点。 Family community has more practical and situational advantages in moral education than social community and school community,but it is subjected to the“reverse moral education”pressure on educators and the risk of community emotional alienation caused by the ambiguity in its moral education goals,the fragmentation of moral education knowledge,the lack of moral education authority,and stronger interaction between and equivalent roles of subjects.As people responsible for family moral education community,parents should be good at excavating,screening,integrating and utilizing all kinds of social moral education resources or public moral education resources and products such as schools,social networks,peer groups,books,films and television,so that the family become the center of the“super-family moral education community”,and an autonomous and dynamic key node of the wider family moral education community network.
