摘要
教师是一个从事着高强度情绪劳动的职业。研究采用半结构式的访谈法,对6位教师情绪劳动进行了研究,揭示了教师情绪劳动的现状。在情绪劳动的两个维度、动机表现、策略选择方面突出了提升教师情绪劳动能力的重要性。为充分发挥教师情绪劳动的积极效应,教师可以通过转移注意策略、搜寻刺激情境信息、寻求情绪安慰等策略优化消极情绪,从而为教书育人注入健康情绪。
Teacher is a profession engaged in high-intensity emotional labor.This paper uses the semi-structured interview method to study the emotional labor of 6 teachers,and reveals the current situation of teachers'emotional labor.The importance of improving teachers'ability of emotional labor is high lighted in terms of two dimensions of emotional labor:motivational performance and strategy selection.In order to give full play to the positive effect of teachers'emotional labor,teachers should optimize negative emotions through strategies such as diverting attention,searching for stimulating situational information,and seeking emotional comfort,so as to inject healthy emotions into teaching and educating people.
