文化引领:民族地区中学高质量发展的内在逻辑与动力机制——四川省凉山彝族自治州盐源县中学的个案研究

摘要 特色办学是中学实现高质量发展的基本路径。在大力推进乡村振兴战略和实现共同富裕的时代背景下,民族地区中学应发挥“后发”优势,遵循学校发展逻辑,强化以办学理念为主导的“文化引领”,优化支持学生发展的“教育生态”,发挥校本课程铸牢中华民族共同体意识的重要作用,构建学校利益相关者高度信任的“教育共同体”,致力于走高质量特色办学之路。 Characteristic running of schools is a main path for middle schools to achieve high-quality development.High-level middle schools cannot be built overnight.They need to undergo an initial stage,a resurgence stage and a stable development stage to form a“community”and establish a“sense of trust”,so as to achieve the ideal state of characteristic development.School culture is the internal logic of middle school development,and cultural guidance is the internal force for running schools with special characteristics.Under the background of vigorously promoting the strategy of Rural Revitalization and realizing common prosperity,middle schools in ethnic areas should give full play to the advantages of“late development”,strengthen the“cultural guidance”led by the school running concept,optimize the“educational ecology”of supporting students'development,give full play to the important role of school-based curriculum in cementing the sense of community of the Chinese nation,build an“educational community”trusted by school stakeholders,and commit to high-quality and characteristic running of schools.
