摘要
为了安全搭建桁架结构管道,研究大跨度桁架式钢结构管道支架极限强度分析方法。在有限元软件中模拟大跨度桁架式钢结构管道支架模型试件,模拟初始缺陷情况与支架横向变形干扰情况下管道支架的极限强度变化情况,并通过数值计算得到管道支架极限强度相关数值。结果表明:在水平荷载状况下,支架连梁出现明显运动,发展出塑性损伤;管道支架极限强度对于初始缺陷并不敏感,横向变形也不会对管道支架极限强度造成较大影响,可知该支架具有较高的安全性。
In order to build truss structure pipeline safely,the ultimate strength analysis method of largespan truss steel structure pipeline support is studied.The finite element software is used to simulate the largespan truss steel pipe support model specimens,and the change of the ultimate strength of the pipe support under the interference of the initial defects and the transverse deformation of the support is simulated,and the relevant values of the ultimate strength of the pipe support are obtained through numerical calculation.The experimental results show that under the condition of horizontal load,the coupling beam of support appears obvious movement and develops plastic damage;the ultimate strength of the pipe support is not sensitive to the initial defects,and the lateral deformation will not have a great impact on the ultimate strength of the pipe support,so the support has high safety.
