山西北部明长城青砖性能研究

Study on Properties of Ming Dynasty Great Wall Black Bricks in Northern Shanxi Province

摘要 以山西北部10处典型明长城遗址为研究对象,通过现场调查、室内试验和测试表征,研究青砖性能和组分、结构和工艺之间的对应关系。结果表明:不同区域的长城青砖物理性能和力学性能差异较大;通过XRD分析,不同区域青砖中的方解石含量差异较大,从而导致青砖致密程度不同;通过热膨胀分析,不同区域青砖的烧成温度T_(e)差异较大,分布在825℃~940℃内;通过回归分析,青砖力学指标与烧成温度间存在较好的指数对应关系,表明烧成温度是影响青砖性能的关键因素。 Taking 10 typical Ming Dynasty Great Wall sites in northern Shanxi as the research object,the corresponding relationship between the properties and components,structure and technology of black bricks was studied through field investigation,laboratory test and test characterization.The results show that the physical and mechanical properties of the Great Wall black bricks vary greatly in different areas.XRD analysis shows that the content of calcite varies greatly in different areas of black bricks,which results in different density of black bricks.According to thermal expansion analysis,the T_(e)of black bricks varies greatly in different regions,and is distributed in the range of 825℃~940℃.Through regression analysis,there is a good exponential relationship between mechanical indexes of black bricks and firing temperature,indicating that firing temperature is the key factor affecting the properties of black bricks.
