摘要
本文基于流变学原理研究了10%、20%和30%的再生微粉和石灰石粉对水泥浆体扩展度、屈服应力和塑性黏度等流变性能的影响,并进一步研究了不同体系的Zeta电位,阐明再生微粉和石灰石粉掺量对水泥浆体流变性能的影响机理。结果表明:再生微粉和石灰石粉对水泥浆体流变性能有着显著的影响;随着再生微粉掺量增加,浆体的屈服应力和塑性黏度先增加后减小,而石灰石粉体系则表现为随着掺量的增加,浆体的屈服应力和塑性黏度先减小后增加,这主要与再生微粉和石灰石粉体系的Zeta电位有关。
In order to explore the influence of recycled powder and limestone powder on the rheological properties of cement,the effects of 10%,20%and 30%recycled powder and limestone powder on the rheological properties of cement paste,such as expansibility,yield stress and plastic viscosity,were studied based on the rheological principle.The Zeta potential of different systems was further studied to clarify the influence of recycled powder and limestone powder content on the rheological properties of cement paste.The results show that recycled powder and limestone powder have a significant effect on the rheological properties of cement paste.With the increase of recycled micro powder content,the yield stress and plastic viscosity of cement paste first increase and then decrease,while the yield stress and plastic viscosity of limestone powder system first decrease and then increase with the increase of recycled powder content.This is mainly related to the zeta effect of recycled powder and limestone powder system.
