摘要 随着科学技术水平不断发展,BIM理念深入人心,相对于传统二维、单一化图纸设计,BIM技术的三维可视化、多专业协同化在建筑领域广泛应用,但在建筑机电行业的应用仍存在不足,本文以大型传媒中心项目为例进行深入研究。应用BIM技术建立机电多专业数字化信息模型;通过碰撞检查筛选各专业有效碰撞,与设计方进行图纸反馈;并运用BIM技术数字化辅助机电安装工程进行深化设计。通过BIM技术在大型传媒中心中的应用,提前解决大量机电安装工程中的问题,节省了工期,避免了不必要的拆改,取得了良好的经济效益。通过机电系统管线综合优化成果的应用避免了施工过程中施工方、设计方及业主方沟通不便的难题,同时在一定程度上为大型机电安装工程提供实践经验和技术思路。 With the continuous development of science and technology,the concept of BIM is deeply rooted in people′s mind.Compared with the traditional 2 D and single drawing design,3 D visualization and multi-professional collaboration of BIM technology are widely applied in the field of construction,while there are still shortcomings in the application of the electromechanical industry of construction.This paper takes the large-scale media center project as an example to conduct in-depth research.The application of BIM technology to build mechanical and electrical multi-professional digital information model;select effective collisions of various majors through collision detection,and feedback drawings with the designer;the use of BIM technology digital auxiliary mechanical and electrical installation project for further design.Through the application of BIM technology in large-scale media centers,a large number of problems in mechanical and electrical installation projects have been solved in advance,the construction period has been saved,unnecessary demolition and modification has been avoided,and good economic benefits have been achieved.The application of the comprehensive optimization results of the electromechanical system pipeline avoids the difficult problem of communication between the construction party,the design party and the owner in the construction process,and provides practical experience and technical ideas for large electromechanical installation projects to a certain extent.
