基于数值模拟的同轴套管式地埋管换热器供热运行特征分析

摘要 同轴套管式地埋管换热器具有取热量大、出口水温高的特点,本文针对天津市某学校,根据同轴套管式地埋管换热器供暖季供热、寒假停止运行的特点,建立数值换热计算模型,并采用相关文献中的实验数据进行模型验证。结果表明:对于2000 m的井深,入口温度为15℃时,稳定运行的情况下,出水温度可维持在19.5℃左右,取热功率可维持在150 kW左右。本文对换热器取热的运行分析具有一定的指导意义。 The coaxial borehole underground heat exchanger has the characteristics of large heat extraction and high outlet water temperature.For a school in Tianjin,according to the characteristics of the heat exchanger for heating season heating and winter vacation stop operation,established a numerical heat transfer calculation model,and use the experimental data to verify the model.The results show that for a well depth of 2000m,when the inlet temperature is 15℃,the outlet water temperature can be maintained at about 19.5℃and the heating power can be maintained at about 150kW under stable operation.This article has a certain guiding significance for the operation analysis of heat extraction of heat exchangers.
