一款新型门板中扶手PVC复合革的性能研究

摘要 基于一款新型的门板中扶手包覆产品,按照TSL5712G-1等常规表皮检测标准对4种不同的PVC复合革进行拉伸强度、断裂伸长率、静态伸长率及永久伸长率等性能的研究,并进行产品验证。结果表明:产品验证结果与表皮物性试验结果相吻合。结合检测结果,进一步细化PVC复合革关键物性指标为:拉伸强度30~80 N/cm,拉力(10%变形处)不大于7.5 N,断裂伸长率不小于220%,静态伸长率不小于26%,永久伸长率不小于2.2%。满足此性能指标的PVC复合革在小批量和批量生产中未出现包覆质量问题,为控制其他复杂包覆产品PVC复合革质量提供了技术借鉴。 Based on a new styling of middle armrest coating products of door panel,the tensile strength,elongation at break,static elongation and permanent elongation of four different PVC composite leather properties were studied according to TSL5712G-1 ordinary skin test standard and the products were verified.The results show that the product verification results are consistent with the skin physical property test results.Combined with the test results,the key physical properties of PVC composite leather are further refined as follows:tensile strength 30~80 N/cm,tensile force(10%deformation position)no more than 7.5 N,elongation at break no less than 220%,static elongation no less than 26%,and permanent elongation no less than 2.2%.The PVC composite leather which meets this standard has no coating quality problems for batch production and mass-production,which provides technical support for controlling the quality of PVC leather of other complicated coating products.
