摘要
以某重型特种车车身本体为研究对象,采用UG建立车身模型,利用ANSYS Workbench软件分析车身本体在水平弯曲、紧急制动、紧急转弯等工况下的应力与变形情况。分析结果表明:该车身本体具有较高的抗拉强度和抗弯刚度,且安全系数也较高,满足设计要求,为重型特种车车身本体的结构优化提供参考。
A heavy-duty special heavy duty vehicle body was taken as the analysis object,UG was used to establish the body model.ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the stress and deformation of the body under the working conditions of horizontal bending,emergency braking and emergency turning.The analysis results show that the body has high tensile strength and bending stiffness,and the safety factor is also high,which meets the design requirements.It provides a reference for the structural optimization of the heavy-duty special vehicle body.
