基于ANSYS Workbench翻转螺柱焊夹具静动力学分析

摘要 翻转螺柱焊夹具是汽车自动化焊装生产线中大型运动类非标设备,静动力学特性对其使用寿命及性能有重要影响。利用有限元分析软件ANSYS Workbench对自行设计的翻转螺柱焊夹具进行了静动力学分析。静态特性分析中,根据实际工况对整机添加载荷和约束,分析得到整机应力和应变分布图,结果验证了整机设计的合理性;动态特性分析中,经模态分析得出整机的固有频率,通过瞬态动力学分析评价了基座在动载荷作用下的刚度和强度。 The flip stud welding fixture is a large-scale sports non-standard equipment in the automotive automatic welding production line.Its static and dynamic characteristics have an important impact on its service life and performance.The finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench was used to carry out the static and dynamic analysis of the whole machine for the self-designed flip stud welding fixture.In the static characteristics analysis,loads and constraints were added based on the actual working conditions,and the stress and strain distribution diagrams of the whole machine were obtained.The rationality of the whole machine design was verified.In the dynamic characteristics analysis,the natural frequency of the whole machine was obtained through modal analysis,and the stiffness and strength of the base under dynamic load were evaluated through transient dynamic analysis.
