工业机器人精密减速器传动效率试验与分析

摘要 介绍两款主流精密减速器(行星摆线减速器和谐波减速器)的传动原理,并对其国内外的产品进行传动效率试验。分析数据表明:国产行星摆线减速器已经接近国外发展水平,其传动效率基本达到标准要求;但谐波减速器与国外差距较为明显,其传动效率较低。同时减速器的质量一致性发展仍需加强。 The transmission principles of two mainstream precision reducers(planetary cycloid reducer and harmonic reducer)were introduced,and the transmission efficiencies of their products were tested at home and abroad.The analysis data shows that the domestic planetary cycloid reducer is close to the level of foreign development,and its transmission efficiency basically meets the standard requirements.But the gap between harmonic reducers and foreign countries is more obvious,and its transmission efficiency is low.At the same time,the quality consistency development of the reducer still needs to be strengthened.
