技术赋能:体育产业区块链应用场景的治理逻辑、风险演化及防控路径

Technology Empowerment:Governance Logic,Risk Evolution and Prevention and Control Path of the Sports Industry Block Chain Application Scenario

“技术赋能”是中国体育产业高质量发展政策“高位推动”的学理表达,而区块链技术的融合、拓展与细分功能为体育产业区块链应用注入新活力的同时提供了较大的发展空间。研究采用文献资料法、分析法等对体育产业区块链应用场景的治理逻辑、风险演化等进行了分析及梳理,对中美互联网区块链进行演进梳理与风险监管,并做出各自对比,互联网区块链对于体育产业区块链的风险防控具有借鉴意义,研究认为体育产业区块链的风险防控路径为:打造标准示范园区、搭建信誉平台、完善政策法律配套、加强业务监管等。

“technology can assign”is the theoretical expression of the high quality development policy“high to promote”of Chinese sports industry,and block chain technology in physical tokens,sports content IP,sports rights,financial,and other aspects such as cooperation gives unlimited potential.In this study,literature review and content analysis are used to analyze the governance logic and risk evolution of the application scenario of block chain in the sports industry.It is believed that the risk prevention and control paths of the block chain in the sports industry include:building a standard demonstration park,building a reputation platform,perfecting policies and laws,strengthening business supervision,etc.
