烧结混合机基础振动处理实践

Practice of foundation vibration treatment of sintering mixer

北京首钢股份有限公司炼铁作业部二烧车间360m;烧结机于2008年建成投产,经过长期高负荷运行,烧结机一次混合机开始出现明显周期性振动,通过分析排查,确认一次混合机基础不稳固是造成混合机振动的主要原因,因此二烧车间决定对一次混合机基础进行加固改造。本文对二烧车间一次混合机基础处理方案及过程进行了论述,并重点介绍了基桩补强和扩接处理方法的技术要求、特点和施工工艺。通过基础补桩和扩接处理,该混合机在随后的运行过程中,基础不再晃动,这也为国内同类型在用设备的基础处理提供了参考。

The 360m~2 sintering machine in the second sintering workshop of the ironmaking operation Department of Beijing Shougang Co.,Ltd. was completed and put into operation in 2008. After longterm high load operation,the once blender of the sintering machine began to have obvious periodic vibration,through analysis and investigation,confirming that the unstable foundation of the once blender is the main reason for the vibration of the mixer,therefore,the second sintering workshop decided to strengthen the foundation of the once blender. This paper discusses the foundation treatment scheme and process of the once blender in the second sintering workshop,and focuses on the technical requirements,characteristics and construction process of the treatment methods of foundation pile supplement and foundation expansion. Through foundation pile supplement and foundation expansion,the foundation of the mixer will no longer shake in the subsequent operation process,which also provides a reference for the foundation treatment of the same type of equipment in use in China.
