炼钢原辅料应用工艺优化与实践

摘要 为降低炼钢生产成本,提高产品市场竞争力,按照“技术可行、效益最佳、质量最优”原则,宣钢炼钢厂对炼钢所使用物料实施全程管控,并结合炼钢厂实际生产情况,对各生产工艺进行了优化改进。本文介绍了宣钢炼钢厂主要原辅料种类及消耗情况,分析了降低原辅料消耗的可行性,并提出了优化改进措施。通过采取常用物料定额管理、优化耐材承包管理方式、量化精炼钢种物料用量、建立最佳合金配比结构模型、摸索炼钢常用合金替换模式等一系列优化措施,使宣钢炼钢主要原辅料消耗大幅下降,实现了降本增效目的。 In order to reduce the production cost of steelmaking and improve the product market competitiveness, according to the principle of "feasible technology, best benefit and best quality", the materials used in steelmaking are controlled in the whole process, and combined with the actual production situation of steelmaking plant, the production processes are optimized and improved. This paper introduces the types and consumption circumstances of main raw and auxiliary materials in Xuangang steelmaking plant, analyzes the feasibility of reducing the consumption of raw and auxiliary materials, and puts forward optimization and improvement measures. Through adopting the quota management of common materials, optimizing the contracting management mode of refractory materials, quantifying the quantity consumed of refining materials, establishing the structural model of optimal alloy ratio, and exploring the replacement mode of common alloy in steelmaking so on a series of optimization measures,bring about the consumption of main raw and auxiliary materials for steelmaking in Xuangang has decreased significantly, realizing the purpose of reducing cost and increasing efficiency.
