摘要
不锈钢冷轧板表面都具有一定的光泽度,在特定使用条件下,部分产品无需进行后续抛光处理即可使用不锈钢的原有表面,这就要求不锈钢的表面粗糙度和光泽度要控制在一定范围之内。本文研究了冷轧工艺对不锈钢冷轧板表面粗糙度和光泽的影响,包括冷轧轧制压下率、冷轧轧辊加工方式、连续光亮退火以及矫直工艺对冷轧板表面粗糙度和光泽度的影响。根据研究结果,确定并固化了冷轧生产工艺,生产出了具有特定粗糙度和光泽度要求的奥氏体不锈钢冷轧带材,在不增加生产工序的前提下,满足了市场的需求。
The surface of stainless steel cold rolled plate has a certain glossiness,under specific service conditions,some products can use the original surface of stainless steel without subsequent polishing handling,which requires that the surface roughness and glossiness of stainless steel should be controlled within a certain rang. This paper studies the effects of cold rolling process on surface roughness and glossiness of stainless steel cold rolling plate,including the cold rolling reduction rate,cold rolling roll processing method,continuous bright annealing on surface,and the effect of straightening process on surface of cold rolled plate. Based on the research results,the cold rolling production process is determined and solidified,and austenitic stainless steel cold rolled strips with specific roughness and gloss requirements are produced,which meets the market demand without increasing the production procedure.
