大型环锻设备轴向轧辊异形改造

摘要 在国家产业政策的支持下,作为绿色清洁能源的风电产业得到迅速发展,尤其是大型海上风力电场的建设。而风力发电的核心部件“风电法兰和风电轴承”制造难度和质量要求非常高,需要铸坯整体锻造环件作为其加工坯件。天津市特钢精锻有限公司是生产大型、高端环锻件的专业厂家,为了适应严酷的市场竞争环境,减少大型环锻件的生产制造成本,对碾环机锥形轧辊结构和轧制工艺进行了研究和改进。本文介绍了碾环机的工作原理、结构、性能及生产工艺流程,提出了碾环机设备及轧制工艺改进方案。通过碾环机锥形轧辊结构异形改造和环锻件轴向两段式轧制,提高了环锻件产品原料利用率,降低了环件的机加工量。 With the support of national industrial policies, the wind power industry as the green and clean energy has developed rapidly, especially the construction of large offshore wind farms. But the manufacturing difficulty and quality requirements of the core components of wind power generation "wind power flange and wind power bearing" are very high, which need to adopt to use the ring forging parts integrally forged by the casting blank as its processing blank. Tianjin Special Steel Precise Forging Co.,Ltd. is a professional manufacturer of large and high-end ring forgings parts, in order to adapt to the harsh market competition environment and reduce the manufacturing cost of large ring forgings, the conical roll structure and rolling process of ring forging mill were studied and improved. This paper introduces the working principle, structure, performance and production technology process of ring forging mill,and puts forward the improvement scheme of ring forging equipment and rolling process. Through the special-shaped transformation of conical roll structure of ring forging mill and implementing the axial twosection rolling process of the ring forging, the utilization rate of raw materials of ring forgings is improved and the machining amount of ring forgings is reduced.
