摘要 近年来,我国国民经济发展迅猛,冶金作为我国经济的支柱产业也得到了长足发展。随着我国电气自动化技术水平的不断提高和日趋成熟,冶金企业逐步转变了传统生产模式,越来越多的电气自动化设备被应用其中。但电气自动化设备具有技术密集型属性,其中涉及诸多的自动化产品。在高负荷、高密度、复杂化的使用场景中,难免会产生诸多故障问题,极易给企业生产造成影响。据此,本文以烧结生产线电气自动化设备为例,结合电气自动化设备故障诊断和维护,探索了冶金电气自动化设备安全稳定运行的途径,为企业高效、安全生产提供设备保障。 In recent years, China’s national economy has developed rapidly, and metallurgy, as the pillar industry of China’s economy, has also made great development. With the continuous improvement and maturity of China’s electrical automation technology, metallurgical enterprises have gradually changed the traditional production mode, and more and more electrical automation equipment have been applied.However, electrical automation equipment is technology intensive, which involves many automation products,in the high load, high-density and complex use scenarios, it is inevitable that many fault problems will occur, which will easily affect the production of enterprises. Therefore, taking the electrical automation equipment of sintering production line as an example, combined with the fault diagnosis and maintenance of electrical automation equipment, in this paper,has explored the way of safe and stable operation of metallurgical electrical automation equipment, and provided equipment guarantee for efficient and safe production of enterprises.
