摘要
五元并六元氮杂环骨架的构建是有机合成的热点话题。众多课题组利用双环化反应构建了吲哚、吡咯并吡啶、三唑并吡啶等五元并六元氮杂环骨架。反应涉及C(sp^(2))-H功能化、6π电环化、环加成等过程,合成了苯并吲哚、吡咯并喹啉、三唑并喹啉等化合物,丰富了杂环化合物的多样性.
The construction of five-and six-membered nitrogen heterocyclic skeletons is a hot topic in organic synthesis.Many research groups have constructed five-and six-membered nitrogen heterocyclic skeletons such as indole,pyrrolopyridine,and triazolopyridine by bicyclization reaction.The reactions involve C(sp^(2))-H functionalization,6πelectrocyclization,cycloaddition and other processes,and compounds such as benzindole,pyrroloquinoline,and triazoloquinoline are synthesized,which enriches the diversity of heterocyclic compounds.
