摘要
以小麦幼苗为材料,通过盆栽试验研究微生物发酵后的中药渣作为生物肥料对植物生长的作用,本研究测定了土壤中加入不同浓度的发酵中药渣(1%、5%和10%)对幼苗生长性能的影响.结果显示,出苗率、株高、干湿重与空白比较都有显著的提高,与市售生物肥料对照没有明显的差异,尤其是对小麦幼苗干重的影响,加入5%和10%的药渣分别提高了20%和22.1%.测定的三种抗氧化性酶CAT、POD和SOD与空白对照比较显著提高,随着药渣浓度的提高,抗氧化活性能力越高,从而可以看出发酵中药渣对小麦幼苗的生长具有明显的促进作用.
In order to study the effect of fermented traditional Chinese medicine residue as biological fertilizer on plant growth,the effects of different concentrations of fermented traditional Chinese medicine residue(1%,5%and 10%)on the growth of wheat seedlings were tested by pot experiment.The results showed that the emergence rate,plant height,dry mass and wet weight were significantly improved compared with the blank control,especially the drug residue with 5%and 10%dry weight increased by 20%and 22.1%respectively.The three antioxidant enzymes CAT,POD and SOD were significantly higher than those in the blank control.With the increase of drug residue concentration,the antioxidant activity was higher.It can significantly promote the growth of wheat seedlings of fermented traditional Chinese medicine residue.
