我国竞技体育后备人才培养困境与改革路径研究

Research on the Dilemma and Reform path of Reserve Talents Training in China's Competitive Sports

采用文献资料、问卷调查、访谈与个案等研究方法,对我国竞技体育人才培养困境与改革路径进行研究。研究发现:我国竞技体育后备人才培养困境主要有生源数量持续萎缩、生源质量持续下降、训练科学化程度不高、培养目标过于单一、后备人才流失、人才输送率持续走低、培养结果偏离培养目标、保障机制不完善。提出了三步走的改革路经:第一步,构建竞技体育后备人才培养新模式;第二步,拓宽资金来源渠道,壮大市场培养主体;第三步,对竞技体育后备人才市场化培养进行股份制改造。

Using literature,questionnaires,interviews,and case studies,this paper studies the predicament and reform path of my country's competitive sports talent training.The study found that:the difficulties in the training of reserve talents in competitive sports in my country mainly include the continuous shrinking of the number of students,the continuous decline of the quality of students,the low degree of scientific training,the single training goal,the loss of reserve talents,the continuous decline of the talent transfer rate,the deviation of the training results from the training goals,The guarantee mechanism is not perfect.A three-step reform path is put forward:the first step is to build a new model of competitive sports reserve talent training;the second step is to broaden the source of funds and expand the market training subject;the third step is the market-oriented training of competitive sports reserve talents.Shareholding reform.
