摘要
针对缓倾斜、多层矿体平行产出的特征,前期采用分段空场法、大直径深孔崩矿空场嗣后充填法,存在无法实现对盘区间柱的回收,矿石损失率较大,造成极大的资源浪费。根据矿体特点,将相邻的多盘区作为一个整体“大区”进行综合考虑,即采用连续开采模式,提出了大盘区阶段空场嗣后充填连续采矿法,具有资源回收率高、开采效率高、采场结构优化、废石不出坑与低成本充填等优点,可实现井下采矿作业集中化,促进矿柱资源的回收利用,延长矿山服务年限。
In view of the characteristics of gently dipping and parallel production of multi-layer ore bodies,the sublevel open stope method and the large-diameter deep hole ore caving open stope filling method were adopted in the early stage,which could not realize the recovery of the panels pillar,and the ore loss rate was relatively large,resulting in a great waste of resources.According to the characteristics of the ore body,the adjacent multi-panel areas are considered as a whole"large area",that is,the continuous mining mode is adopted,and the continuous mining method of open stope and post-mining filling in the large-panel area stage is proposed,which has the advantages of high resource recovery rate and mining efficiency.The advantages of high height,stope structure optimization,no waste rock pits and low-cost filling,etc.realize the centralization of underground mining operations,promote the recycling and utilization of ore pillar resources,and prolong the service life of the mine.
