河南某选厂精选尾矿斜板浓缩试验 被引量:1

摘要 为实现资源综合回收利用,对某选厂精尾开展二次浮选新工艺研究试验,利用斜板浓密机提升精选尾矿浓度,为精尾再次浮选提供合适的浮选浓度及后期的设备选型依据。该选厂精选尾矿浓度为8%~13%,使用并联两台100 m^(2)斜板浓密机,进行条件试验及连续试验。结果表明:给矿量为8.5~8.85 m^(3)/h、沉砂嘴型号为∅10 mm、絮凝剂单耗为35 g/t时,能够达到溢流浓度低于1%,底流的浓度保持在20%以上。该试验结果可作为精尾浓缩设备选型重要依据。 In order to realize the comprehensive recovery and utilization of resources,a new secondary flotation process for cleaner tailings is studied and tested in a dressing plant,and the inclined plate thickener is used to improve the concentration of the cleaner tailings,so as to provide suitable flotation concentration and subsequent equipment selection basis for the cleaner tailings re-flotation.The concentration of cleaner tailings in the concentrator is 8%~13%,and two parallel 100 m^(2)inclined plate thickeners are used.It can be determined through different conditions and continuous tests that the overflow concentration can be less than 1%and the concentration of the underflow remains above 20%when the ore feed is 8.5~8.85m^(3)/h,the type of settling nozzle is∅10 mm,and the unit consumption of flocculant is 35 g/t.The test results serve as an important basis for the selection of cleaner tailings thickening equipment.
