摘要
【目的】研究不同木聚糖酶组合对生长育肥猪生长性能、血液指标和养分消化率的影响。【方法】试验选取体重相近(48.68±0.55)kg的健康“杜×长×大”生长育肥猪75头,随机分为5组,每组5个重复,每个重复3头猪。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮,处理组在基础日粮上添加0.04%木聚糖酶组合,处理组1黑曲霉木聚糖酶、处理组2黑曲霉木聚糖酶+阿魏酸酯酶、处理组3黑曲霉木聚糖酶+呋喃糖苷酶、处理组4黑曲霉木聚糖酶+阿魏酸酯酶+呋喃糖苷酶,试验期29 d。【结果】各处理组生产性能和血液指标与对照组之间无显著差异(P>0.05);与对照组相比,处理组1总能、粗脂肪、磷和钙的表观消化率显著提高(P<0.05)。【结论】不同木聚糖酶组合对生长育肥猪生产性能无改善作用,但0.04%黑曲霉木聚糖酶可以提高养分消化率。
【Objective】This study was performed to determine the effect of dietary supplementation of different xylanase combinations on the growth performance,serum immune biochemical indexes and apparent nutrient digestibility of growing-finishing pigs.【Method】75 healthy growing-finishing pigs(Duroc ×Landrace × Large White)with similar body weight(48.68±0.55)kg were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates per group and 3 pigs in per replicate. Pigs in the control group(CON)were fed the cornsoybean basal diet,and the other 4 treatment groups were fed with the basal diet supplemented with0.04% xylanase combination which composed of aspergillus niger xylanase(T1),aspergillus niger xylanase + feruloyl esterase(T2),aspergillus niger xylanase + arabinfuranosidease(T3),and aspergillus niger xylanase + feruloyl esterase + arabinfuranosidease(T4),respectively. The experiment lasted for 29days. 【Result】(1) The effects on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes were not significant among all groups(P>0.05).(2) The apparent digestibility of total energy,crude fat,phosphorus and calcium in T1 group was signifihigher cantly than that in CON group(P<0.05).【Conclusion】Different xylanase combinations could not improve the growth performance of growing-finishing pigs,but supplementation with 0.04% xylanase in diet could enhance the apparent nutrient digestibility.
