摘要
分析了硫酸厂尾气中的 SO_(2)、硫酸雾的排放现状,介绍了 SO_(2)、硫酸雾和氮氧化物脱除工艺及其特点。建议尾气处理装置第一级吸收设备采用动力波洗涤器,以两级电除雾器串联的工艺去除尾气中的硫酸雾,前瞻性布局尾气脱硝工艺,实现尾气的超低排放。
The emission status of sulfur dioxide and sulphuric acid mist in the tail gas of sulphuric acid plant is analyzed,and the removal processes and characteristics of sulfur dioxide,sulphuric acid mist and nitrogen oxides are introduced.It is suggested that the first stage absorption equipment of the tail gas treatment unit adopt the dynamic wave scrubber,remove the sulphuric acid mist in the tail gas by the process of two-stage electric demister in series,and prospectively layout the tail gas denitration process to realize ultra-low emission of tail gas.
